1. Reservation and Advance Payment:

• To secure a puppy, a non-refundable reservation fee is required.
• The reservation fee is 25% of the total puppy cost.
• This payment can be made through online bank transfer, so that the customers should have a record for the specific transaction. The remaining balance must be settled upon the puppy’s delivery or pickup.

2. Payment Modes:

• PawsLove accepts payments through bank trasfer, so that the customers should have a record for the specific transaction.
• We do not encouage cash transaction.
• All transactions should be made directly to the official PawsLove account.
• Any variations to this should be discussed and confirmed with PawsLove in writing.

3. Puppy Pricing:

• The price of the puppy depends on pedigree and bloodline. Puppies with strong pedigrees and desirable bloodlines will cost higher compared to puppies with less strong pedigrees.
• The price of each puppy is fixed and non-negotiable.
• The cost includes necessary vaccinations, deworming, and the Kennel Club of India registration.
• The puppy price excludes the freight charge. The freight charge includes the total exact cost of transferring the puppy from our to the customers’ premises.

4. Vaccine Record and Care Guideline:

• A vaccination record, and a brief care guide will be provided while picking the puppy from our premises.

5. Delivery Charges:

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated upfront.
• PawsLove can arrange safe transportation, or the buyer can opt for self-pickup.

6. Refund Policy:

• The reservation fee is non-refundable.
• In case of unforeseen where the buyers (after rserving a puppy) cancels the plan to buy the puppy, the reservation feees will remain non-refundable. The rest amount will be refunded.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to the unavailability of the puppy, a full refund will be issued.

7. Puppy Care Guidelines:

• PawsLove provides a comprehensive care guide to assist new owners.
• Regular updates on the puppy’s growth and development can be shared upon request.

8. Kennel Club Registration:

• PawsLove guarantees the authenticity of the Kennel Club of India registration for each puppy.

9. Communication Protocol:

• All communication regarding transactions, delivery, and any concerns should be in writing.
